A Family-Friendly Oasis in AlnwickOur recent family vacation at the Georgian in Alnwick was a charming experience. The beds were clean and comfortable, which made for restful nights after busy days exploring. We particularly appreciated the flexibility of Tracy, the owner, who was accommodating when we had to adjust our arrival time due to a family illness. Her communication was excellent, and the recommendations for breakfast spots made our mornings easier. The location of the hotel is fantastic-just a short stroll away from the Alnwick Playhouse. My kids loved catching a show there, which combined fun with a bit of cultural exposure. With real ale pubs and a lovely Italian restaurant nearby, meal options were plentiful. We also found the small parking space on the premises to be convenient, alongside a free car park just around the corner. While we faced some noise from other guests, Tracy promptly addressed the situation. All in all, the Georgian offered a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that my family would gladly return to for another adventure in Alnwick.
